Shipments within Japan will be made by Yamato Transport.

Shipments to the US and China will be made by EMS.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the framed print and will be added to your calculations at checkout.

You will be notified of the tracking number upon shipment.
Return & Replace Policy

If there is a defect in the product, we will accept returns or replaces. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

If you would like to return or replace an item, please contact us using the contact form, including your order number. Please also let us know the reason for your return.

We will reply within 5 business days and inform you of the return method and/or replace procedure.

Please repackage the item in the same packaging as it was delivered. Please cooperate in returning the item to the same condition as when it was delivered.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replace or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 28 business days.
